Yes, PrimeKitchen currently delivers orders within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Yes. All products are selected with UK households in mind, including sizing, everyday usage, and compatibility with standard UK kitchens.
Yes. All items sold on PrimeKitchen are brand new and unused unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Warranty coverage depends on the product and manufacturer. Any applicable warranty details will be listed on the product page where available.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, cancellation may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
At the moment, PrimeKitchen focuses on individual household orders. For special requests, you may contact our support team.
