The YS-902 is a compact, portable digital timer designed to support chess, go, gobang, and other turn-based board games that count down, count up, or follow a predetermined outcome. Built with a sturdy ABS shell and a palm-friendly footprint, it weighs about 0.23 pounds and fits easily into a bag for club nights or travel.
Three timing modes for flexible pacing
Basic mode provides customizable base times for each side. For example, two players can each start with 30 minutes, and the timer tracks who uses their basic time first under common match rules. There is also an option to set a fixed total time to zero for counting up if desired.
- Basic: equal or different base times per side; time runs down and players may lose on time.
- Bonus: after each move, a fixed per-move increment (such as 5 seconds) is added to the remaining time.
- Delay: a per-move delay period (for example 5 seconds) keeps the clock idle before the basic time starts.
Clear display and simple controls
The large digital readout is easy to read at a glance, and the tactile, generously sized buttons are designed for confident presses. A dedicated bottom switch toggles power and sound, reducing the chance of accidental changes between rounds.
Portability and everyday use
With a palm-sized body, lightweight construction, and a rugged ABS shell, this timer is ideal for clubs, schools, travel, and tournaments. It runs on 2x AAA batteries (not included) and ships with an English manual for quick setup.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
