The OutOfAir Repair Kit targets two common wear points near the sealing chamber: the upper and lower gaskets and the heat strip tape that finishes the seal. By replacing these components you may gain more consistent performance without a full appliance upgrade.
The kit includes four foam gaskets and two pieces of replacement heat strip tape. It is designed to fit a broad range of models, including many V2200, V2400, V2800 and V3000 series units, plus select GameSaver Deluxe Plus configurations. If your machine has two foam gaskets, replace both; if you have one foam and one rubber gasket, replace only the foam gasket. Follow the included guidance to remove the old gaskets carefully and avoid leaving residue behind.

Size, removal, and care
Note that the gasket size is roughly 13.13 inches long by 1.25 inches wide by 0.3 inch thick. In some models the gaskets are glued in place; if removable, take care to clean away any adhesive residue after removal. FoodSaver recommends replacing gaskets roughly on an annual basis to maintain performance.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
